The project organisation is made simple and efficient by adopting only two hierarchical levels (Fig.1).

The project management board is lead by the project coordinator Prof. Dr.sc.techn. E. Badreddin who monitors the project progress based on the project’s plan. The Work-package leaders regularly report the status of the work done.

The project is accompanied by our scientific officer Prof. Mario Scalet who establishes the link to the European Commission
